Acompanhamento das atividades de extensão rural na Emater/RS - ASCAR - Garibaldi - Rio Grande do Sul

Abstract

O presente relatório descreve as atividades desenvolvidas durante o estágio curricular obrigatório, realizado na EMATER/RS - Ascar junto ao escritório municipal de Garibaldi – Rio Grande do Sul, desenvolvido no período de 09 de setembro de 2024 a 12 de novembro 2024, totalizando carga horária de 360 horas. Durante o período de experiência, realizou-se em escritório, atendimento ao produtor, interpretações e recomendações de adubação, entrega do milho troca-troca, além do acompanhamento na elaboração de projetos de irrigação e açudes e processo de legalização de agroindústrias. À campo, juntamente com os técnicos da Emater realizou-se visitas técnicas às Unidades de Produção Agropecuária (UPA) do município, para solucionar problemas enfrentados pelos agricultores e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de projetos de irrigação e proteção de nascentes, instalados nas Unidades de Referência Técnica (URTs). De modo geral, durante o período, as atividades realizadas contribuíram na organização e operação das ações executadas junto às propriedades assistidas pelos extensionistas. Além disso, tanto no campo, quanto no escritório, viu-se a importância da agricultura familiar e das ações que incentivam e beneficiam as famílias através de políticas públicas. A oportunidade de realizar o estágio na instituição, além de possibilitar aliar o conhecimento teórico já adquirido durante a graduação à prática, foi de extrema importância para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.

This report describes the activities developed during the mandatory curricular internship, held at EMATER/RS - Ascar next to the municipal office of Garibaldi – Rio Grande do Sul developed in the period from september 9, 2024 to november 12, 2024, totaling 360 hours. During the trial period, producer assistance, interpretations and fertilization recommendations were carried out in the office, delivery of corn in exchange, in addition to monitoring the development of irrigation and dam projects and the legalization process of agroindustries. In the field, together with Emater technicians, technical visits were carried out to Agricultural Production Units (UFPA) of the municipality to solve problems faced by farmers and monitor the development of irrigation and spring protection projects, installed in the Technical Reference Units (URTs). In general, during the period, the activities carried out contributed to the organization and operation of actions carried out on properties assisted by extension workers. Furthermore, both in the field and in the office, the importance of family farming and actions that encourage and benefit families through public policies was seen. The opportunity to do an internship at the institution, in addition to making it possible to combine the theoretical knowledge already acquired during graduation to practice, it was extremely important for personal and professional development.
