Os recursos didáticos tecnológicos em uma instituição de ensino profissionalizante industrial: da organização à implementação

Abstract

Neste trabalho propomos analisar a implementação de ferramentas didáticas tecnológicas em uma instituição de ensino profissionalizante, desde sua escolha até o seu uso em sala de aula. Sendo verificado em quatro unidades da gestora da Serra do Rio Grande do Sul, por meio dos documentos orientadores que são repassados pela mantenedora e por entrevista aos profissionais envolvidos na divulgação e utilização das ferramentas. Embasamos este estudo em modelos de gestão educacional, além do estudo do ensino profissionalizante no Brasil e sua evolução, assim como abordamos as ferramentas didáticas tecnológicas em especial a realidade aumentada e o simulador industrial. Através da análise dos documentos podemos verificar os processos de implementação e com as entrevistas aos instrutores a sua eficácia. Apresentamos os resultados da pesquisa e uma análise dos dados obtidos. Concluiu-se que a maior parte dos entrevistados utiliza pouco as ferramentas destacadas, mas fazem o uso de outro recurso que é o ambiente virtual de aprendizagem (AVA). Constatamos com este estudo que é de suma importância o acompanhamento por parte da equipe diretiva das ações de implementação, além da necessidade de um trabalho de formação continuada para que os investimentos em recursos atualizados sejam aproveitados com mais eficiência, aprimorando as aulas e envolvendo os alunos na construção de uma aprendizagem mais significativa a partir do uso das ferramentas didáticas tecnológicas.

In this work we propose to analyze the implementation of technological didactic tools in an institution of vocational education, from its choice to its use in the classroom. Being verified in four units of the manager of the Serra do Rio Grande do Sul, through the guidance documents that are passed on by the maintainer and by interviewing the professionals involved in the dissemination and use of the tools. We base this study on models of educational management, as well as the study of vocational education in Brazil and its evolution, as well as the technological didactic tools, especially the augmented reality and the industrial simulator. Through the analysis of the documents we can verify the implementation processes and with the interviews to the instructors their effectiveness. We present the results of the research and an analysis of the data obtained. It was concluded that most of the interviewees use the highlighted tools a little, but they use another resource that is the virtual learning environment (AVA). We note with this study that it is of paramount importance the follow-up of the directive team of the implementation actions, besides the need for a continuous training work so that the investments in updated resources are utilized more efficiently, improving the classes and involving students in the construction of a more meaningful learning from the use of technological didactic tools.
