A disciplina de Didática Geral como espaço de formação profissional na Escola Normal

Abstract

A presente pesquisa buscou à luz do estudo da disciplina de Didática Geral como espaço de formação profissional na Escola Normal, no qual dialogou com a dubiedade entre a formação docente e a formação profissional, considerando que o Curso Normal é ofertado nas modalidades de Ensino Médio Integrado e Pós-médio aproveitamento de estudos. Portanto buscou-se analisar como a disciplina de Didática Geral foi relevante no sentido de formar profissionais de educação no Instituto Estadual de Educação Isabel de Espanha, que está localizado no município de Viamão, região metropolitana de Porto Alegre. Considerou-se fundamental identificar, na disciplina de Didática Geral, os elementos relacionados à educação profissional, notadamente aqueles relacionados à formação integral, bem como compreender a formação profissional oferecida no âmbito da formação docente. Com base no estudo da Disciplina de Didática Geral e assim entender como o campo disciplinar acaba por contribuir para o processo formativo, a partir do espaço que ocupa na grade curricular, o seu tempo de oferta, a organização e sua ementa. A natureza da pesquisa foi caracterizada de cunho exploratório. Assim utilizou-se da pesquisa documental para a coleta e a identificação dos dados e da análise de conteúdo para análise e categorização dos dados. Os resultados da presente pesquisa, fruto do estudo desenvolvido no Mestrado em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), é o produto educacional, guia didático: Didática Geral: do planejamento à prática. Pressupõe-se a contribuir com o planejamento docente, com os estudos da área da didática, o reconhecimento da Escola Normal e da disciplina de Didática Geral como campo de instrumentalização e formação da carreira docente.

This research sought in the light of the study of the discipline of General Didactics as a space for professional training in the Normal School, in which it dialogued with the dubiousness between teacher training and professional training, considering that the Normal Course is offered in the modalities of Integrated High School and Post-High School use of studies. Therefore, we sought to analyze how the discipline of General Didactics was relevant in the sense of training education professionals at the Isabel de Espanha State Institute of Education, which is located in Viamão city, the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. It was considered essential to identify, in the discipline of General Didactics, the elements related to professional education, especially those related to integral training, as well as to understand the professional training offered in the context of teacher training. Based on the study of the Discipline of General Didactics and thus understand how the disciplinary field ends up contributing to the training process, from the space it occupies in the curriculum, its time of offer, the organization, and its menu. The nature of the research was characterized as an exploratory nature. Thus, documentary research was used for the collection and identification of data and content analysis for analysis and categorization of data. The results of this research, the result of the study developed in the Master's Degree in Professional and Technological Education (PTE), is the educational product, didactic guide: General Didactics: from planning to practice. It is assumed to contribute to teacher planning, with studies in the area of didactics, the recognition of the Normal School, and the discipline of General Didactics as a field of instrumentalization and formation of the teaching career.
