A politecnia como princípio articulador da política de educação para a educação de jovens e adultos na rede municipal de Viamão

Abstract

Esta pesquisa tem como objeto de análise a Educação de Jovens e Adultos ofertada na Rede de Ensino Municipal de Viamão, Rio Grande do Sul, com o propósito de contribuir com a proposta de uma política educacional de base politécnica para essa modalidade de ensino. Para aprofundar a questão, realizou-se uma pesquisa participante, com a utilização de entrevistas com docentes e discentes de duas escolas da Rede Municipal, bem como a análise documental da proposta educacional atual e da legislação vigente. Também foram entrevistados o coordenador e docentes do curso Formação Inicial e Continuada (FIC) de Agente de Desenvolvimento Cooperativista, parceria entre o IFRS - Campus Viamão e a Secretaria de Educação, oferecido a cento e vinte estudantes da Modalidade EJA no Ensino Fundamental, realizada no ano de 2022. Os documentos analisados consistem em norteadores da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, o Projeto Político Pedagógico das duas escolas escolhidas e a proposta do curso FIC já mencionado. Os resultados apontaram que a necessidade da definição de uma política para a EJA com base politécnica de forma a contribuir para a formação integral de jovens e adultos que dialogue com o mundo do trabalho com vista à sua emancipação Assim, com o resultado da pesquisa, desenvolveu-se um produto educacional que apresenta uma política educacional para a reformulação do currículo da EJA da Rede Municipal de Viamão com base na politecnia, englobando as dimensões da ciência, do trabalho, da cultura e da tecnologia. Por meio do ensino politécnico, propõe-se que o aluno tenha um desenvolvimento integral, capacitando-o a dominar o conteúdo aprendido na escola em diálogo com o mundo do trabalho a partir de uma perspectiva emancipatória, articulando o domínio do conhecimento da teoria com a prática. A política apresenta os princípios teóricos que a fundamentam, a nova organização curricular e as ações administrativas e pedagógicas de apoio à implementação ao desenvolvimento da EJA politécnica na Rede Municipal de Viamão e se possível ampliar seu dimensionamento a outras redes.

This research has as object of analysis the Youth and Adult Education offered in the Municipal Education Network of Viamão, Rio Grande do Sul, with the purpose of contributing to the proposal of a polytechnic-based educational policy for this teaching modality. To deepen the question, a participant research was carried out, with the use of interviews with professors and students of two schools of the Municipal Network, as well as the documental analysis of the current educational proposal and the current legislation. Also interviewed were the coordinator and teachers of the Initial and Continuing Training Course (FIC) for Cooperative Development Agents, a partnership between IFRS - Campus Viamão and the Department of Education, offered to one hundred and twenty students of the EJA Modality in Elementary School, held in year 2022. The analyzed documents consist of guidelines from the Municipal Education Department, the Pedagogical Political Project of the two chosen schools and the aforementioned FIC course proposal. The results pointed out that the need to define a policy for EJA with a polytechnic basis in order to contribute to the integral formation of young people and adults that dialogues with the world of work with a view to their emancipation. It is an educational product that presents an educational policy for the reformulation of the curriculum of the EJA of the Municipal Network of Viamão based on polytechnics, encompassing the dimensions of science, work, culture and technology. Through polytechnic education, it is proposed that the student has an integral development, enabling him to master the content learned at school in dialogue with the world of work from an emancipatory perspective, articulating the domain of knowledge of theory with the practice. The policy presents the theoretical principles that underlie it, the new curricular organization and the administrative and pedagogical actions to support the implementation of the development of polytechnic EJA in the Municipal Network of Viamão and, if possible, expand its dimension to other networks.
